Do I need to install both products to prevent all major fraud types?

Call Validation and AI Shield work as effective stand-alone solutions. While Call Validation covers all types of fraud within the community, AI Shield doesn’t work for some fraud cases such as call stretching or OTT Bypass. A combination of the two products covers the widest range of possible fraud scenarios.

Do both products share the same integration point?

Yes, both products share the same integration point and can be easily integrated with all types of telecom equipment through standard protocols.

How is the pricing plan different for the two products?
