We are delighted to offer an opportunity for a Product Manager to join our dynamic, international team dedicated to developing, implementing, and supporting cutting-edge software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze fraud trends and competitor products/solutions to propose adjustments to the product roadmap.
- Maintain updated internal detailed descriptions of product features and key metrics.
- Update customer-facing product documentation, including user manuals and supporting materials.
- Develop and monitor key product metrics across all installations, create ROI/performance reports.
- Work with technological partners to develop new products tailored to market requirements.
- Collect customer feedback across existing installations to propose adjustments to the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to validate product descriptions in marketing materials.
- Participate in RFP response preparations and conduct customer training.
- Represent the company at industry events, and in webinars, interviews, and meetings with regulators.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a B2B product manager in telecom solution vendors.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Native or perfect English proficiency.
- Expertise in product marketing fundamentals.
- Proficiency in managing the development of complex telecommunication network solutions.
- Basic understanding of Telecom operators’ networks.
- Knowledge of fraud-related problems in telecom.
- Self-motivated, business-minded, organized, and deadline-driven; able to manage and support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
- Multitasking, prioritizing, and organizational skills under time pressure.
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
