Some terms used in this document:

Automated decision-making: Decisions made by our system automatically due to its specific algorithm and without human involvement.

YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM

Your personal data is subject to several rights:

  2. make amendments and additions; 
  3. erase your personal data;
  4. object to particular data processing;
  5. receive your data from us in electronic format to transfer it to another entity;
  6. not to be subjected to automated decision-making (i.e., a decision that our system makes automatically due to its specific algorithm and without human participation).

In any case, you can always ask us how we process your data and how you can exercise your rights.

If we suspect that someone is impersonating you, we will try to verify that it is actually you who made the request.

Rights description:

  1. The right to access: 
    Confirm whether your personal data is processed, access such personal data, and obtain a list of the categories of third parties to which we have disclosed your personal data.
  2. Right to rectification:
    Correct inaccuracies in your personal data, taking into account the nature of the personal data and the purposes of the processing.
  3. The right to erasure (the "right to be forgotten"):
    Delete personal data.
  4. The right to data portability:
    Obtain a copy of your personal data processed by us, as the controller, in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the data to another controller without hindrance, where the processing is carried out by automated means, provided we shall not be required to reveal any trade secret.
  5. The right to object to processing:
    Opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data.
  6. The right not to be subjected to automated decision-making:
    Opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of profiling in furtherance of solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

You can send us a request if you have any questions about your privacy rights or how to exercise them. We aim to respond to your request as soon as possible, and always within 45 days after receipt of the request. Some requests can take up to an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, depending on the complexity and number of the consumer’s requests. We will inform you if an extension is necessary and explain the reasons for the delay. 

If your request is unclear, we may contact you to clarify its content. Requests may also be refused if they are clearly unfounded or excessive (repetitive).

If there are doubts whether you have really contacted us (and not someone impersonating you), we have the right to request confirmation of your identity (e.g., by confirming some data known to both you and us or by providing a copy of your identity card).

Where do we get your data from?

We will store the required personal data only if necessary for:

As a rule, this period does not exceed 1 year and applies only to some of your data.
